The one mutual touch is near the beginning of the episode and it's the most quietly affectionate one, as they kind of lean against each other on the Tanners' porch steps. As for the rest, there's one touch which is Dean slapping Sam on the shoulder in a hearty way; and there are several grabs, shoves, and one thwap.
There's also a killing not!touch.
Interesting, considering how much this episode was about the brotherly love.
The exact touch count is murky, since there's a lot of fumbling/touching as Sam unties Dean.
There is a very spectacular NOT!hug, initiated by Dean, that also could count as mutual. Dean turns and pushes away just as swiftly as he starts it, his body language telegraphing oops-too-much-chick-flick-have-to-go-kil
So, very imprecise manlove count, for an episode that rates high on the manlove factor.
